To start with folding your sweater you should lay it flat with its front upward and sleeves spread on its sides
Now fold one of its sides to its center and spread the sleeve across and lay it flat
Now fold the sleeve back on the folded part of the sweater and lay it flat
Now fold the sleeve flat along the folded part of the sweater
Now fold the other part of the sweater towards its center but stop a bit before its center and sleeve flat on the other side
Now fold the sleeve back on its folded side and lay it flat
Fold the sleeve flat on the folded part of its side
Now fold the top of the rectangular shape of the sweater towards its bottom but stop a bit before its bottom edge
Now fold the folded top of the sweater again toward its bottom edge where you have left it earlier
Now fold the bottom edge over the folded sweater to give it a rectangular shape like a file
Now fold the pants half in their width to stack one leg over the other
Now fold the seat of the pants over its legs if it sticks out
Now fold the pants from its ankles to its waistband but stop a bit before reaching the waistband
Now fold the folded part of the pants again toward their waist
Now fold the leftover part of the pants towards their waistband on the folded pants to give it a small file like the rectangular shape.
