By visiting and using this Site, you (“End User”) expressly agree to comply with and to be bound by (“Terms of Service” or “Agreement”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the Site and our Services. Maid to Please reserves the right to change this web site, these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you by posting such changes to this web site.

MaidtoPlease.com Connects Maid to Please Service Professionals with Maid to Please Service Requesters.

MaidtoPlease.com is a communications platform for enabling the connection between individuals seeking to obtain services ("Maid to Please Service Requesters") and/or individuals seeking to provide services ("Maid to Please Service Professionals").

Maid to Please provides this web site and its content "as is" and without any representation or warranty, express, implied, or statutory. Maid to Please specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Maid to Please protects the security and safety of its customers/ users and its quality of services by being fully insured, bonded and certified.

Cleaning Supplies/ Equipment.

Our Service Professionals/Maids will arrive at your home or office with all the cleaning products and equipment needed to perform the services you requested.

Direct Hiring of Our Maids/Cleaners

Maid to Please invests heavily in training methods and background screening to find quality Service Professionals/Maids. Hiring our current, Ex-worker(s) and/or accepting side propositions makes you liable for a service referral fee of $5,000.00 if you directly hire (legally or cash basis) any of our Service Professionals/Maids. By using our service, you agree to notify us of any attempts to solicit or accept illegal business.

Employee safety

Maid to Please reserves the right to remove its Service Professionals/Maids from your home should the environment become unsafe, our cancellation policy will apply.

Pets

We will gladly work around pets. If your pet becomes anxious or presents a safety concern, Maid to Please reserves the right to remove its Service Professionals/Maids from your home. If a Service Professional/Maid leaves your home prior to completion, Maid to Please will charge you a pro-rated expense based on work performed.

Valuables

Please safely secure heirlooms and collectibles prior to cleanings.

Large and Heavy items

For safety and liability reasons, Maid to Please will not allow its Service Professionals / Maids to lift or move heavy items or furniture.

Damages

Our Service Professionals/Maids promise to conduct themselves professionally in your home. In the event of an accidental damage or service issues, notify our office within 48 hours. We cannot guarantee reimbursement for damages reported more than 48 hours after the end of the cleaning appointment. Maid to Please requests that you are accessible to be contacted so that Maid to Please or its representatives can assess and repair any damages. Maid to Please reserves the right to contract suitable Professionals to repair damages. Maid to Please will make payment arrangements directly to its contractors to settle any damage repair.

Payment

Payment is due at time of service. For your convenience, you can provide your credit card details as an option to be stored securely for faster transactions. Your card will be charged once your cleaning is complete. Or if you prefer you can provide us with this information directly over the phone.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. If your credit card cannot be authorized for payment, we will contact you to verify your card information. If the card still cannot be authorized for payment, your account will be subject to the cancellation policy.
A chargeback will result in an additional $30 penalty fee per chargeback + any legal, collection, processing, financing and recovery fees we incur to collect money owed to Maid to Please. This includes any account we must refer to collections.
If you are signing up for recurring services and you want to use credit cards, you authorize Maid to Please to retain credit card and billing information for the purposes of recurring and/or mutually agreed upon charges.

General Terms & Governing Law

This Terms of Service Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, excluding conflict of law provisions. The parties unequivocally consent to exclusive venue and jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia over any matters arising hereunder. If any provision herein is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that it is enforceable. The Terms of Service Agreement constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter and supersede all prior agreements. A waiver of a provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of any other provisions.
